Terms and Conditions
Please note that this is specifically for Bri Art Commission page.
All art pieces are digital illustration (no physical copy).
Please have at least 3 reference pictures for all non speed painting-sketching requests. Clearer details references play significantly important role in the creative process of the finished products.
Screenshots / Communication will be accepting through Discord.
Art pieces usually finish in 2-3 weeks after commission working stage started. (Optional rush fee may applied upon client personal rush request

Please pay full upfront ( 50% upfront available per personal request )

Tips are greatly appreciated but not require~
Refund
Full refund - Only if you decided to cancel BEFORE I start working on your request(s).
Full refund - If I cannot provide/finish the artwork for any reason after accepted/worked on the request(s).
45% Refund of total price - If you decided to cancel during the approval sketching stage.
25% Refund of total price - If you decided to cancel after the work already started on the commission, after all approved sketches had been finished/approved.

I reserve the rights over the final artwork - I can post them online as part of my portfolio.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request without justification.
I may ask for your permission to sell prints or any other physical products in any shape/form - you have the right to decline in any case.
You have the right to use the final digital image for personal use (i.e. print it for yourself, etc.)
You MAY NOT resell the image to third parties (i.e. make prints or merchandise from my artwork for sale, or resell the original digital image for money).
